Configuration Temporary Workarounds

• The apt-mirror OpenVZ container was having quota issues, a container thought it was out of disk space when df reported plenty of space left. The temporary fix for this was to DISK_QUOTA=yes to DISK_QUOTA=no in /etc/vz/vz.conf. This means that quotas are completely disabled for all containers and should be fixed at some point, but the containers work for now.
